- Educause: New Jobs
- The Educause site is terrific for many reasons but it's a fantastic source for interesting, technology-oriented academic jobs. You can search by region or type of job, but once you're into the job search, you can stop by their new jobs page for the latest updates. It's frequently changing site.

- Chronicle Jobs
- I have never read nor received the Chronicle of Higher Education - my jobs in academia to date have not required it, although I will frequently stop by the site because the content is so good. - American Library Association Hot Jobs
- American Libraries magazine has regular updates on library jobs in all types of libraries: special, public, academic, and even vendor positions. But who relies on print for jobs any more? The jobs posted at this site are minimal, and updated about once a week, but they tend to be more cutting edge positions, or in more unusual environments.

- LIS Jobs.com
- This site was a late discovery for me. First, it's easy to use - and if you're a librarian, you already know that LIS is for Library and Information Science - for library job finding. There's an initial index page with the latest postings, as well as the ability to search by state or other keywords.
