Who is David Whelan?

Here's the brief bio.

David was educated as a lawyer and librarian and has worked in a variety of organizations, including academic law libraries and non-profits. He is an experienced manager of information professionals and paraprofessionals in information technology and library environments. David has lectured as an adjunct faculty member on legal research, Web, and network technology at three universities. David speaks at national law and library conferences, and has given numerous presentations and continuing legal education seminars on legal technology, research, and information topics. He also writes frequently on legal technology and legal research trends and developments.
